Base fee:

A. Foursome – $500.00
Please include the names for three additional people to complete your foursome.

Registration Includes: 18 holes of golf w/cart, 2 drink tickets, lunch, one raffle ticket for prizes and prizes for 1st Place, 2nd place and one randomly drawn team. Also prizes for hole events.

Raffle prizes will be drawn during golf and available after your round to check if you have a winning ticket. Winners of places and events will be notified after.
B. Individual Golfer – $125.00
Registration Includes: 18 holes of golf w/cart, 2 drink tickets, lunch, one raffle ticket for prizes and prizes for 1st Place, 2nd place and one randomly drawn team. Also prizes for hole events.

D. Beverage Cart sponsorship – $300.00
Limit 2 - ability to have signage placed on beverage cart on one 9.

Please join us for our annual golf event at Pleasant View Golf Course and day outside on the links! Instead of a shotgun, we will have a tee-time format with groups going out every 12 minutes from 10am-12pm.
