Base fee:

A. Foursome – $500.00
Please include the names for three additional people to complete your foursome.

Registration Includes: 18 holes of golf w/cart, lunch, and prizes for 1st Place, 2nd Place and one randomly drawn team.
B. Individual Golfer – $125.00
Registration Includes: 18 holes of golf w/cart, lunch, and prizes for 1st Place, 2nd Place and one randomly drawn team.

Please indicate your request for pairing on the course.
C. Hole Sponsorship – $150.00
Includes signage at hole and ability to staff the hole.
F. Golf Reception Only – $35.00

Registration is closed

Please join us for our annual golf outing! Registration includes 18-holes of golf w/ a cart, lunch, 2 drink tickets, and an after-golf reception with apps and networking. Prizes for 1st place team, 2nd place team, and one randomly drawn team.

Registration begins at 8:30 with a shotgun start at 10am.
