Peter Wilder of Godfrey Kahn will discuss the revisions to the Loan Officer Compensation rules going into effect in January of 2014.

Peter is a member of the Financial Institutions Practice Group. He advises banks and other financial services companies on a variety of consumer law matters including those related to Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, S.A.F.E Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Equal Credit Opportunity and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
